[2PKTS] STH The Perfect Ten Soup [2包] 十全大补汤

Traditionally used to improve vitality and nourish the blood. Useful for those who catches cold easily and experience frequent shortness of breath.

Ingredients: Liced Radix, Paeonia Flower, Atractylodes, Poria, Angelica Root, Cassia Twig, Rehmania, Radix Codonopsis, Black Dates, Licorice Root, Preserved Dates, Dang Gui Slice

Efficacy: Warm and invigorate qi and blood

Method: (Serving for 4-5 persons)

1. Rinse all the ingredients well.  Place the ingredients into a pot.
2. Add in 3 litre of water and boil it.
3. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
