Ingredients: Red Date, Asiabell Root, Monkey Head Mushroom, Chinese Yams, Radix Astragali, Longan, Goji Berry（size:250)

Method: (Serving for 3-4 persons)

Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into a pot. Add 6-8 bowls of water, bring the water to a boil.  Add in black-bone chicken and cook over low heat for 2-3 hours. Ready to serve.
