Perineal Spray for Mama @ 100ml 

• Ingredients: Distilled Water, Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera Gel.
• Benefits: To soothe postpartum aches and pains. 
• To use: Can either spray it on your perineum, or onto the pads. Store in the refrigerator to add extra cooling effect and maintain freshness. Use within a month.

3x Herbal Bath @ 35g

• Ingredients: Dried calendula petals, Lavender buds, Dried yarrow leaf, Dried Peppermint leaf.
• Benefits: Help speed up the recovery of wounds, reduce heavy menstrual bleeding and pain. Improve circulation and to tone varicose veins. 

To use: 

• Method 1: Run a hot bath and place the herb-filled muslin bag in the water about 20 mins before getting in. The longer the infusion, the better.
• Method 2: Place the muslin bag in a mason jar and fill with water. Allow it to infuse for 2-8 hours and add the water to your bath.
