Recommended Use: 

1. Use a pearl-sized drop of Oxyfresh Toothpaste and brush your teeth at a 45-degree angle with the bristles toward the gum line.
2.  Continue in a gentle, circular motion for two to three minutes. Be sure to brush your tongue, cheeks, and the roof of your mouth. 
3. Expectorate excess toothpaste but do not rinse with water. Refrain from rinsing, eating or drinking for 30 minutes. Don't forget to floss! Ask your dentist or hygienist for a refresher course.
4. Brush teeth thoroughly after meals, or at least twice a day, as instructed by a dentist.
