Promama provides 5.8g oligofructose daily, contributes to 21% of total daily fiber needs during pregnancy and lactation. 

Promama provides 66mg of DHA, meeting 21% for pregnant women and 33% for lactating women of their daily needs, for an early start to brain development. 

Promama is rich in choline, and provides 348mg, meeting 77% of daily need. Choline is an essential nutrient, helps support baby's cognitive development.
